Title Summer holidays delivery

It's says that you guys don't work on holidays so does it also applies in the summer holidays and if so will I have to wait until the holiday is over to receive my purchased item?

    We don't have summer holidays in this year.
    We've sent it 12 July, and you can tracking via this link (and also at your order page on the website) : https://trace.epost.go.kr//xtts/tt/epost/ems/ems_eng.jsp and insert your invoice number es105800867kr on the blank.
    Also we've checked it just now, it says 'Insufficient address, Absence of address so that they can't deliver to you.
    We think you should check that linked page, and please contact to the post office in your country. We wrote exactly same as you've wrote on address.
